We have developed a unique internal process to work with our clients. Our process ensures that we deliver programs and workshops to meet the clients’ objectives and participant’s needs. The 5-phases program development process describes the phases of developing custom program to meet specific needs and objectives.  If clients are interested only in delivering a workshop, then only phase- 1, phase 2, and phase 5 apply.
